Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the personal data collected through lulita-star.com is processed, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection law.
2. Data We Collect and Why
Through the welcome-gift form we collect your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, together with the date and version of the consent you gave. We use them to deliver your free video and, if you confirmed your subscription, to send you news and commercial communications from Lulita Star.
3. Legal Basis
The only legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the consent box and confirm your email address (double opt-in). This site is intended for adults: by submitting the form you declare you are over 18.
4. Processors
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting, database and file storage) and confirmation emails are delivered through Resend. Both act as processors under their respective data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data.
6. Your Rights
You can withdraw your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to the contact address below. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
